| Maintaining
consistent quality is the biggest challenge in the high volume,
data entry business. ITS has implemented multiple layers of QA to
ensure 100% compliance with the clients’ quality matrix. Having
an extensive QA setup like ours means investment in a sizable quality
assurance team. We have made quality our top most priority and there
is no compromise. On an average, 35% of our team is assigned to
QA, which is one of the highest in the industry. |
- Field
level validation: We custom develop data entry programs with
extensive use of field level data validation and look-up
tables. Data boundaries, formulas etc. are built into the program,
hence, minimizing data entry errors. For example, if a field
is a zip code / post code, the entered data will be checked
against the zip / postal code database to ensure it is a valid
code.
- Training:
Before starting on a new project, the team assigned to the project
goes through a training program that is custom designed for
that project.
- Key
and Verification: If 100% accuracy is required, data is double
keyed (key / verify). Two operators enter the same data twice,
the data is compared key to key and differences resolved.
Even with the single keying option, 25% of the data is re-keyed.
If the error level exceed a certain bench mark, the entire batch
is re-keyed.
- Proofreading:
Processed data is once again proof read to ensure quality.
